Page Versioning

When you use the page versioning feature, you are creating a "snapshot" of a page. With page versioning, you can do the following:

  • Create a version of a page
  • Compare the previous and current version showing the differences between text and images (in highlights)
  • Restore a page to an older version to revert the changes you made on a page

Creating a New Version

In order to create a new version, you'll need to use the Timeline rail, and the Create option (when a page is selected)

 

Timeline

  1. Navigate to show the page you want to create a version of.
  2. Select the page and Open the Timeline column.
  3. Click on the arrowhead by the comment field to reveal all of the options available.
  4. Select Save as Version. Enter a Label and Comment if necessary.

   

    5. Click on the arrowhead by the comment field to reveal all of the options available.

    6. Select Save as Version. Enter a Label and Comment if necessary.
