This section is designed to cover the basics. We want to help you become a digital strategist, no matter what part of our organization you're in. A digital strategist is someone who not only does digital ministry, but who also uses a digital content strategy.

This course is designed to help you grow in your skills as a new digital strategist. In seven short lessons, we'll introduce you to digital content strategy. That is, how to get the right content, to the right person, at the right time, in the right channel.

If you work through the content in this section, including the Basics course, you will:

  • understand the basics of digital content strategy, the foundation of digital strategies 
  • have the tools and resources you need to create user journeys for any audience you are trying to reach
  • understand what a user journey is and have your first one created and ready to go!
