Adobe Experience Manager - Digital Asset Management (DAM)

Dealing with Assets in AEM can be cumbersome but it is in your best interest to have a plan set in place when adding assets (images, videos, pdfs) to AEM.

The DAM system is there for you to collaborate with other staff members across the ministry. Find a photo that you like and think it fits well with the kind of content you're putting out? Use that photo. We do recommend to be careful with photos though, as we want to be aware that some photos may or may not have an expiration date on when they are allowed to be used. Proper governance measures should be taken when evaluating whether a photo is allowed or was taken without permission originally and placed in AEM.
